Once delivered to the address provided, MamasMoss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or spoiled products. For pick-up orders, please arrive during your confirmed time slot. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.

    For health and safety reason, we do not accept returns on consumable items. If your orders arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
